Immediate response; immediate service. Very efficient, friendly, skilled, knowledgeable. My job was pretty simple; replacing parts in toilet tank. However, based on my impression of Top Rated, I would trust this company with any of my plumbing jobs.

Very disapointed. Did not complete the scope of work that was paid for. Left a 3 x 6 hole in the middle of our kitchen saying that was the scope of his work and it would be another $20,000 to complete and we would have to vacate for 30 days. Also no form of containment to the saw cutting dust was provided. Many food items were destroyed as were other no cleanable cloth items. 1 week later we are still cleaning up the mess.

BEWARE!!!! This plumber is shameless and would take advantage of the customer! When we asked him about his rates on the phone he said that he would provide estimates when he is on-site and has assessed the situation. Once on-site, he asked us whether he could cut out the ceiling drywall to check the leak, to which we agreed. From there he never gave the estimates and only presented us with a bill that was not justified. We insisted on having an invoice with a cost breakdown. He showed inflated hours and rates that were 3.5 times what the other HomeAdvisor plumber had proposed. What was even more concerning is that this plumber brought a perfect swindler (Eco dry) to the house. The swindler, who was supposed to repair the drywall insisted on having the homeowner insurance information. The swindler literally said it would cost over $5,000 to fix the drywall and that his manager could help us with up to $1,000 for our co-pay. After we insisted on having the estimates in writing, the swindler said that it was impossible because they did not know how long it would take to fix the drywall.
