Commercial Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Excellent work! The team did an amazing job on our roof. They were very professional, hardworking, and respectful from start to finish. Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
He came for the repair of the flat roof, but he just put or nailed blue tarp, instead of metal as I wanted because he said it's a too old building. He said he could clean my chimney, that he was going to remove the chimney cap and sweep the chimney, but he didn't protect it so all the dirt came in my living room, the chimney looks exactly the same as when he came. And with the vacuum, he just vacuumed downstairs, but there's still soot around because of the vacuum cleaner. He didn't offer to deeply clean, he just deducted $100.00 for the misery. The total was $1450.00

Team Top Royal Construction was where I worked. He was really professional and answered all of my questions. He's extremely educated and walked me through the entire procedure. They replaced my complete roof in two days, although other estimates I had were for three to four days.
