Top Rung Home Inspections provides -only- custom written reports for our clients (not drop down, multiple choice, pre-written reports). Considering the costs involved with buying a home, you deserve a narrative report written specifically for your home. Wonderful experience working with this company. Inspector shows up early, and communicates often. The inspection reports are super detailed and easy to follow and understand. Inspector isn't afraid to get dirty and makes sure to inspect even the smallest darkest areas in homes. I'll recommend him to anyone that needs to get an inspection done.

The inspector went above and beyond for me on our home inspection. He was very informative during the inspection as well as after. Was available for questions throughout the whole process. And followed up with me after the inspection to see how the house buying process was going. I would highly recommend him for anyone interested in buying a house or doing remodeling to a home you already own. He had good Information. And as someone with no home experience or remodeling experience he answered all of my questions and told me what he was looking for in every aspect of the inspection. 5 stars in my book. I'm sure anyone else who hires him will feel the same way

Charles was extremely flexible and understanding of the home buying process. He was early and exceedingly thorough in his inspection. He went over his concerns at the conclusion of the inspection and had the full report to is the next day! Charles was very professional and I will gladly tell people to call him for his service. I would likely recommend Charles as a home inspector. He is very knowledgeable at his trade. He answered all my questions, and he not just gave me the inspection report but also gave me ideas on how to fix the issues he found throughout the inspection.
