Mitch and his company were an epic fail. I called Mitchell on July 1st to ask if he would be able to take care of my above ground pool. He said yes and came right out. My pool was a quarter full. Instead of having me drain it, and clean it, and fill it up, he added a ton of chemicals and told me he?d have it ready for swimming by the weekend of the 11th. Thursday the 9th he had it blue but it was very cloudy. He added more chemicals he wanted me to pay for, and I did. I left town on the 11th. I came back on the 13th. My pool was again green. I texted Mitch as I was understandably not happy. He asked me to pay him more money to add more chemicals, blaming the rain for my pool. At this point I had given him $1,360. I fired Mitch. New pool guy came out, drained, cleaned, refilled pool. I was in it the next day. Do NOT use this company. He is a scam artist. The pictures are the beginning, the cleanest he ever got it, and three days later.

"Service History: Your above-ground Intex pool was serviced twice as scheduled. After the heavy rainfall the weekend of 7/6/26?approximately 2-6 inches?we offered a third visit at no additional charge to address the algae growth. Our records, including time-stamped photos and service logs, documented each visit. 2. Equipment Instructions: As explained by owner Mitchell, above-ground pool systems require the pump/equipment to be manually activated daily, system was shut off upon arrival/no flow."

Small Projects Painting or Staining
Hides to do some painting, sent photos and he gave me a quote. I paid for the services. I got about 2 hrs of work for $750.00. I was even going to have them paint my deck outside. Been about 3 days. I?m pretty sure I?ve been really nice to them as they were to me. I sent a message yesterday evening and again today to see if they were going to come finish the 3 parts I needed done and seems like they blocked me. I?m sure they do great work just I guess had a bad week with me. Anyway thanks guys!

The Top Shelf Company lives up to the name. The owner of the company Mitch repaired all of our furniture in our home except for one piece that needed extensive work. It was a dining room chair that needed to be reattached. Mitch is a neat and clean worker. No mess left behind. I would recommend this company for all your home or commercial projects.
