A terrible experience they Installed the wrong size window once, the wrong type of window which my wife caught, and Window that was not to code. The GM shamed me for filing a complaint with the BBB which is currently open. I paid for a new window and asked them to reimburse me and they state they did nothing wrong. Their current window installer states the window code is not anything new. Currently, GM has accused me of slander and is threatening to call the police because I have left negative reviews regarding their company. They came to me during a hail claim and we trusted them which is a mistake. I will never use another contractor outside of the companys approved providers. Buyer beware and do your own research. This is the second BBB complaint regarding windows their subcontractor installed.

Moreover Sir, we do roofing and generally do not handle the window restoration involved in a homeowners claim. If we referred you to a window vendor please let me know and I will work to resolve this situation for you? It's difficult to believe in reading some of these other reviews, that we are talking about the same company. We had nothing but problems with Top That Roofing (far too many to illustrate here), and having spoken with two other families that hired them, we found that we are not alone. There are plenty of competent contractors out there. I would look elsewhere!

I could not find a way to amend my previous review so I am placing another review to show that Top That Roofing REALLY did a great wonderful at completing the jobs at my house. I was always happy with the quality of work accomplished and I want to make sure that they get a great review! I am grateful for the communication during the remainder of the job completion process. Highly recommend this company for their work quality and ability to handle so many different jobs/tasks. Thank you Top That Roofing!!!

The lack of communication with customers is unprofessional and inconsistent. Contractors arrived and left jobs undone with no notice. Some contractors spoke no English so I could not communicate with them. Some contractors arrived to do a job that had already been done or did not need to be done. They left equipment in yard and against side of house for a week. They took ladders for inspectors to use so that inspectors had to come back out two more times to inspect work. This is a business where the left hand does not know what the right hand was doing. Work was good and the painter (Shannon) was excellent!!! Lack of communication was disturbing and concerning because I didn't know if someone would show up, when job would be done, when someone would leave, and I can't imagine the hours people spent going from job to job not knowing what they were there to do.

Donald was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and the work is great. Donald also found another big problem I had that was unaware of, which saved me a lot of money in the long run. Overall great work, great customer service and an overall great experience.
