A previous roofing contractor tried 4 times to repair a leak, unsuccessfully. They tried but just couldn't get it done. Kelly came out and immediately discovered the problem. His team was out the next day and did a professional job. It hasn't rained since the repair but the work done appears obvious.

Kelly and Jim of Top Tier Contracting were absolutely fantastic! Kelly explained the work that needed to be done and provided an estimate in a timely and professional manner. Then, it only took one day for Top Tier to install the roof. Clean-up was great with virtually no mess left. It was a pleasure dealing with these gentlemen. I give them my highest recommendation! A small reliable family-owned business sure outweighs the bigger players in the roofing business.

I have been in construction for over 20 years, I am always skeptical of people coming out. They blew me away with everything they did, including dealing with the insurance company. It was for my own house, but I will use them as a sub in the future. They went above and beyond everything I thought they would do. They did the job in one very long day, instead of taking my time for two days.
