As a Licensed Land Surveyor, and the owner of Top Tier Land Surveying, Inc I personally perform all of the work involved with each project. You are guaranteed personalized, prompt and honest service. Nearly all of my Clients save a lot of money in flood insurance premiums after we perform an elevation survey of their property. 1. A basic Elevation Certificate will give FEMA and your insurance provider a more accurate depiction of what your flood risk truly is, and that is usually in your favor. 2. We assess whether or not the structure will qualify for a complete removal from the Special Flood Hazard Zone. Our predictions are about 98% accurate.
