The owner Carlos was very responsive throughout the entire project From a prompt return with a bid to confirmation of start time and finish dates. Most importantly he kept us updated throughout the project with arrival times and progress updates. Our 2000 sq ft home was completed in two days with his crew of four polite and hard working professional tradesman. I was impressed with the attention to detail from overspray with masking not only on the house but for our plants and all non painted surfaces brick, driveways and walkways. Great customer service and professional job by Carlos and his crew. He had a wide array colors to choose from and even applied some in a small area on the house so we could make sure we liked the colors selected. Prior to painting, Carlos also had his team patch cracks in the stucco so when they were finished it looked like a brand new house. We even walked the perimeter to make sure they didn?t miss a spot. Top Teir Painters did an outstanding job painting my house’s exterior. Their prep before painting got rid all of the small cracks in my stucco. As they painted, they even Back rolled everything to be sure there were no light spots. My wife and I were totally thrilled by the exceptional work of this team of painters. They used great Sherwin Williams paint, finished in a timely manner and left the area completely clean. I highly recommend them.
