Top Tier Roofing did a great job installing our new roof last fall. Their bid was the best one we received. During the project everyone was friendly, attentive and did not cut corners. In addition, they took great care to protect our bushes and plants, and cleaned up the work site each day. We highly recommend Top Tier Roofing.

Extremely professional, organized, and thorough. I really liked that they showed us before (condition of the roof that was uncovered once 2 layers of old shingles were removed) and after pictures. We liked that the person who worked with us on the contract was also in charge of the crew on the job. They were very knowledgeable and knew what had to be done to resolve the issues that were identified that were causing the leaks were were having in our ceiling... and those that we would be having in the future if we did not have the structural issue addressed. Jeremy would take pictures to show us the issues and discuss alternatives. In the end, with all the problems he encountered, we only came in slightly over budget. The cleanup was spotless, they even cleaned the neighbor's driveway and our great room under the new skylight. We highly recommend this company.

My roof started to leak after a major rainstorm. After having multiple roofing contractors come out for estimates I ended up hiring TopTier for the job. The customer service is phenomenal which means everything to me. Each time I have called Joe immediately responded back. I needed my roof covered until they were able to come out and start the job and he sent his guys out quickly with no questions asked. They arrived on time and covered my roof from any further damages until the job can get done. They beat all other estimates from all other contractors and were able to put me on their schedule within a week and half from the date I hired them. The job has not been completed yet but so far they have been fantastic and I would highly recommend. Once the job is complete I will write another review with my experience. But, I do not see my opinion/experience with TopTier changing.
