This is a great company with a great owner. John is very easy to work with and has great ideas even for tough fixes. The house was kept very clean during and after the job was completed. All work was neat, clean and properly done. My family is very pleased and looking foward to having more work done in the future by Top To Bottom Contracting.

First off, everything was amazing. We had to have some skylights filled in, and then a popcorn ceiling matched on top. He went above and beyond, coming to our house when he had some time in between jobs and finished the project that day! He made sure to make things look great, and even went to Swiffer the floor that he had walked on to get to each room! We had some troubles at the house that day with our septic, and Mr. Libertucci was calling me and allowing me to talk to the people that were at the house on his phone because I was at work. Incredible service, incredible work, incredible price!

Great service and quality.

Replaced Grout in Shower tiles and Installed bathroom shower fan with light. John did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable about his work when he came over to give me an estimate. He showed on time, and made a great impression on me so I chose him to do the job. He did exactly what he told me he was going to do. He was very punctual and he cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend him to people for tile and shower grout replacement and repair. He also did an excellent job installing the bathroom shower ceiling fan with light. I love it. Great job on restretching my carpet. I was glad to finally find a dependable contractor for jobs around the house.

We had our bath area re-tile, a new ceiling replaced and damaged wall board near the bath replaced, as well as a ceiling fan/light installed. John and Justin did an esscellent tiling job, used materials to assure to rid of us our mold problems in the bathroom, and pointed out the flaws in the work done by our previous contractor. They cleaned up every day spotlessly, and even swiffered the entrance as they left. They were highly professional. I would recommend them for projects within their expertise and will use their services in the future.

John was excellent to work with. I have been burned by more than a few contractors, so I was relieved to find him. He showed up to give me an estimate as promised, showed up to do the work as promised- worked within a VERY tight time constraint (I wanted the room rocked, mudded, taped etc. by Thanksgiving, and only met him 1 week before). He was exceptionally polite, professional, courteous. He took the time to explain my options, as well as give me advice for other projects that I will need completed. The room looks terrific. I would definitely call him again.

I had Top to Bottom come out and sheetrock a ceiling in one of my bedrooms. The original ceiling had severe water damage from years past and needed to be replaced. I chose John to do the work after several other consultations and his price was as outstanding as the quality of his work! He showed up on time each day he worked, and was friendly yet professional. He performed the work exactly as he described and the finished product was exactly what I was hoping to see. He also cut in 4 pot lights and an AC vent as part of this renovation and im very pleased with the results. I will definitely consider him again on my next home project!

Very professional, timely, and neat. Made the entire experience very easy by doing work during the day and then working out payment after the job was done. John repointed my chimney and installed a rain cap. I have a 70 year old home with a slate roof and every other contractor wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for working on the slate roof (like to bring in a cherry picker and rip up my yard just so they wouldn't have to touch the roof). But John has the right equipment and experience to do it right - and at a good price. Very very impressed, and would definitely use John again if something else comes up.

Top to Bottom was great! They were able to get the exisiting carpet ripped up and lay down our new flooring quicker than we could have hoped for. Not only were they reasonably priced, they did great work. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know looking for a contractor.

I had a quick repair to get done to a couple of cracked tiles for my home that is for sale. John came in quickly, did the job perfectly, had expert advise and cleaned up impeccably. John definitely knows tile and stamped concrete as well (he gave me great advise on mine).

John was prompt and courteous. He did a great job on a small drywall repair job and we were satisfied enough to have him prepare us a quote on a complete bathroom remodel.

Excellent tile work!! John did a custom floor tile layout of our design in a bath rm as well as a hall and 1/2 bath. Both tile projects came out as we envisioned. He is prompt, courteous, clean, reasonable and very knowledgeable. Will have him back to do more work and highly recommend him for your project.

I sent him my keys to my property in the mail. The work was completed and done right. When i went to inspect i was more than pleased.Top to botton Kept the price within reason.
