Lawn Care Fertilize or Treatment Service
Terrible service, terrible customer care service. During the last service technician just dropped few pounds of Ammonium Nitrate and deadly damaged grass at front yard. Management promised to fix it endless time, but ... lying, lying, lying. Stay away from this company.

Lawn Care Fertilize or Treatment Service
Pay close attention when they say they treated your yard. I received a bill for service for my first lawn treatment. When i checked the yard it was clear they hadn't applied pellet fertilizer. I checked my Ring videos and you can see the technician drive past my house, drive back by about 10 minutes later, stopped for about 30 seconds and drives off. He never got out of the truck. I called management and after 2 months, they continue to harass me with a bill for the service. Customer service says they will fix it but they continue to bill me. Go find a reputable company. From my experience, this is not one.

Tamichael Calloway is our service tech for the past 3-4 years. Before him it was anther man (name not remembered) for 4-5 years. The point is that Top Turf staff are long-term and thus provide excellent continuity of service. Tamichael has carried on the excellent service we've come to expect from Top Turf. He ALWAYS calls the day before a service which allows us to schedule cutting and watering to maximize the benefit of his service. And he ALWAYS is there when he says he'll be there. Our yard is always beautiful; we've won Yard of the Month in our neighborhood and that's a testimonial to the care Top Turf provides. Couldn't ask for better service.

Twice now, they have sprayed herbicide on recently planted areas. They wiped out my vinca minor, and then the creeping jenny that I planted to replace the vinca. In addition, they sprayed my azaleas that bordered the area, causing shrub damage each time. I have had enough and will find a competent service to replace them.

After living in our home for the last three years, we made the decision to focus on on our yard and did a complete overhaul last fall. We killed our yard, raked out all of the top layer, had topsoil applied to even out a slope, over seeded, reseeded as needed due to rain, fervently watered and cared for our new fescue and by March it looked amazing. It was costly, but we were so happy at the amount of progress achieved in such a short amount of time. In March, our landscaper recommended to start looking into companies that could assist with preemergent and weed control and unfortunately we did not do a lot of research into the best Atlanta company to use. We noticed a sign in a neighbors yard and decided to schedule a consultation with Top Turf to help educate us on the needs and best approach for our yard. They were very nice upon the initial call, set up a call back for a supervisor to come and meet with us to go through our yard to help identify troublesome areas along with educating us on how to best help our yard thrive, we are after all not well versed in yard and lawn care, hence the need for a company like Top Turf. No supervisor ever called or walked through anything with us but figured that they knew what they were doing and we trusted them to do just that. After a few weeks we started to notice weeds popping up. We called regularly as they continued to multiply. The first call we were assured that some weeds were normal due to the spring and rainy season but that they would come anytime between treatments at no cost to touch up any weeds they hadn't gotten control of. Over the course of the summer, we continued to call. We asked for the person in charge of our route to schedule an appointment with us to meet in person. We had some concerns, we wanted to understand their processes more clearly and we wanted to make sure that they understood our yard, as we had put A LOT of time, money and love into growing our yard. At no time did anyone call. We would come home and there would be a billing statement in our mailbox showing that someone had treated our yard, along with the bill. The most frustrating part of our experience with this company is that from the very first time they came, they never accurately identified our fescue grass. The employees we experienced, while I'm sure some are knowledgeable, seem to be uneducated in the knowledge of grasses, weed types and needs of lawns. We assumed that a technician would be well trained to implement a tailor fit plan for each yard they were treating and as we learned the very hard way, we were wrong. After 90% of our yard turned to an infestation of weeds of 9 different kinds, I contacted 4 other highly sought after companies that all did their own assessment of our lawn and the issues. All were consistent, all would have been manageable had they maintained a communicative relationship with their client and because of Top Turf we lost an i

Top Turf performed work without my authorization after a trial of their services where weeds never went away. Despite having no authorization from me they continued and subsequently billed me. Upon my refusal to pay for unauthorized work they sent my bill to a collection service. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your lawns needs as they have an ineffective product and criminal business practices.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. I called to cancel service and was told I would receive a refund for the balance of my pre-paid year service. What they FAIL to tell you is that there is a $10 check processing fee, along with additional hidden fees they add. So the $111 that was owed back to me ended up at $52! I never take the time to write a review but I felt this company's deceptive practices needed to share with other consumers.

I used the pest control/termite and tree and shrub service. I have a 30 year old home that Top Turf was able to take care of. My azaleas look amazing and I haven't seen any insects inside.
