Overcharges.

Promised to do a great job but lied about what they would do. Applied one coating and requested their payment. They promised to return if more asphalt was needed. I called this company 4 times and left them a message. However, no one ever returned my phone call. I paid 650.00 for one coating. I screwed myself for believing their line of BS.

Great job. On time and good communication. Applied a good heavy coat of sealer. And Neely done.

They contacted me within an hour of my inquiry, came out and gave me an estimate an hour later and the job was done the next day.

Questionable Ethics and Integrity. I am not sure these folks represented this company at all... The group that came seemed very independent and undisciplined. For example: 1)Over-spray has damaged the garage door. 2) Work was begun despite rain shower. 3) The next day, two coats were not applied as agreed rather a *heavy* coat was sprayed. 4) Appearance of impropriety throughout the job. Tried to negotiate for an *add-on* service. 5) Did not complete a written proposal. 6) Did not accept my check made payable to the company. 7) Had to return to be paid in cash as the payee was not able to cash my check at my bank!

I received a call on a Sunday. He came out that day and explained his process as well as recommendations.He offered to do the job that very day. I hired him and he was done within a couple of hours. The job was well done and looks so much better. My only problem and it could be a communication issue was the price ended up being a little higher than I thought I heard.

Alex did my driveway on May 30th, I already saw cracking and the oil coming through the application. He wanted to be paid in cash. I had a difficult time trying to re-deposit the money order already bought and made out to the company he was obviously working for. I did not receive a receipt. I would not recommend this service. I reached him out and I have not received a callback yet. Update: 06/16/2020 I was so excited to get my driveway done after things have run down since we moved here 5 years ago. As you can imagine I had several cracking areas, oil spills, and concrete work that needed to be done. Alex answered the call promptly. He gave an estimate and completed the job on May 30, 2020. The job was not done to the expectations of my friends and family. Basically he put liquid tar on a driveway that needs much repair and some commercial asphalt. I am not an expert but after a week it was literally cracking from the seams. I asked for Alex to come back- He said when you pay me $70(money still owed)and retract your previous review. This is not fair of a business who stated they guarantee the work for a year. I just want to curb appeal and a satisfactory job.
