Brick or Stone Fireplace Repair Service
My house was victimized by last night's storm. That belongs on top of the chimney, not the neighbors' yard.
I got on the phone first thing this morning. Two large companies offered me appointments for estimates next week. Anthony was out here and had the repair done by noon.
He is very responsive, polite, and respectful. He was careful to avoid my milkweed with his ladder and tried very hard to not upset my overprotective dog who was traumatized by the roof blowing off my house. He had everything necessary on his truck and was done quickly, and well under other estimates.
I am very glad Top Hat was available, especially as the sky broke open again tonight. Would absolutely recommend.

Pre-Fabricated Fireplace Unit Repair
Daniel and Lou showed up to replace the liner and repair the chimney. They spent an entire day working hard and cleaned up after the job was done. The work done looks solid and good. Would definitely keep them on my list for any future masonry/brick repair jobs.

He is right on point from the start he was the 1st professional to call me after prospecting businesses online, he was professional, friendly and truthful in his offering. My chimney cap needed replacement and water proofing on sections of my roof. The job was completed in 2 hours or less. He provided a receipt with itemized descriptions of what iI’ve paid for. 10/10 recommended. In today’s market it’s not easy to find trustworthy professionals. I called Top Hat Chimney and spoke to Anthony and explained my situation and how I had to get the gas fireplace inside up to code in order to sell the house the next week. Anthony was very understanding and was able to assist and did a wonderful job. He explained the work that had to be completed, provided before, and after pictures, and proof of what work was done. He was on time brought all the equipment needed, and the crew to get the job done within the specific timeframe needed. I would definitely recommend him if you need something with your fireplace or chimney!

Anthony performed his duties admirably. I contacted him, and he arrived at my residence within five minutes. Although I was not present, he assessed the necessary work. He replaced the cap of my chimney in no more than 15 minutes. He treated me with great consideration, as if I were a member of his own family. I informed him that I was not there and would return, to which he responded, "Please do not worry, I will handle everything." He subsequently contacted me, and he completed the job flawlessly. Five stars, or more than that if we had more than five stars.

Inspection Service
We contacted Top Hat, Chimney service to give us a second opinion regarding work that we were told needed to be completed from another contractor. Anthony was very professional, and scheduled our appointment within a few days of our first contact. Anthony came out today and inspected our Chimney, taking pictures and discussing with us the work that needed to be done. He also said we needed to have your chimney cleaned which we thought was done by another Chimney service. (definitely it did not meet his standards) .Anthony took pictures and showed us that they were definitely safety issues with our Chimney and how it didn’ meet with our safety code in our village. He gave us a quote which seemed fair, considering all the work that needed to be corrected so that we could enjoy our fireplace during these cold winter months and feel safe doing so. Honest and professional work is what you can get if you decide you wanted to call Top Hat Chimney service. We are so happy that we did.

Andrew was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, took time to answer all my questions, and made sure the fireplace was working perfectly before leaving.
