Hired Topline to do a asphalt shingle repair on the garage and to install new asphalt shingles on the storage shed which were not installed properly. The sub-contractor that installed the shingles admitted to the mistake they made, that the shingles were not installed properly. Having issues with Esteban with Topline getting the storage shed shingle job that were not properly installed resolved.
