Everything you’ve read about the customer service provided by Jefferson at Topline is true. He was proactive about keeping in touch during the decision making process, adjusting the specifications of the job to meet my requests, and despite my best attempts at ironing out all the specs ahead of time, and getting it all in writing, when there was a miscommunication which may have led to the end result not meeting my expectations, Jefferson chose in favor of the customer’s needs and made it work. As a customer, that’s what you want. A professional who has the ability to communicate and compromise and find solutions to complications that inevitably arise during the process. Oh- and the workmanship of his crew is excellent. Whatever your project, you’ll be happy with the end result.

Jeff, the owner, came out the day after we called him. Several days after they did the job. Jeff drove all the way to Miami to pick up pavers. They did a tremendous job installing walkway and side front entrance. The following week they pressure washed and sealed our entire pavered backyard. His pricing is reasonable. You can tell he and his team take pride in their work. I would recommend the company without hesitation

They did everything OK. However, they left significant gaps between bricks. They filled those gaps with "permasend", which was washed away the following day pressure washing. The next contractor did not filled those gaps before coating. Today I'm waiting to re-do the work: fill gaps and do coating over again.

They did a great job repaving my patio. I enjoyed working with them and results were excellent.

These guys did a great job. The pavers were cleaned and sealed. They look brand new. These guys were on time and efficient!
