I returned home to find my AC system was leaking water and not cooling after a 95 degree day, disastrous for an asthmatic senior citizen! I thank God I found this company. Joshua's called me in 10 minutes, and he came right out after-hours, thoroughly diagnosed the issue, cleared up the problem and got me running again! I was so impressed he was so prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable, he explained everything to me concerning my AC system. He didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need. He is a very honest businessman, and this business has won my business for life. The service I received could not have been any better . You will not be sorry if you call this company for your air conditioning needs!

Josh arrived at the agreed upon time and quickly diagnosed the problem with the motor to the downstairs heat pump. He had the replacement parts and soon had the unit working quietly and efficiently. Before leaving he performed other diagnostic tests to make sure there were no other problems. Top Notch has good equipment and Josh was courteous, professional and skilled. I would not hesitate to use them again.
