Write a ReviewVery professional! And great crew!
Everyone was cordial and professional. They understood my needs and concerns, addressed them in a courteous manner, then tolerated me asking questions while they were working! Jesse was understanding and patient when giving me bid over the phone, he and his crew arrived on time, did what I requested (plus two other items that I requested) cleaned up, and left within the timeframe they had promised. I could not ask for or expect a more perfect experience. From this I KNOW two things.....I will always recommend Top of Texas Plumbing and I will never consider anyone else. If I could give them 10 stars, I'd gladly do it!
Well, they did not replace the stone walk, there are mounds of dirt, and in my view, this is not worth 8K... maybe 3.5. 2 other plumbers said 8K...is this a scam !2guys dug the trench for 12 hrs. 5mins to lay pipe, 1 min to run tracer, 2hrs to backfill, now going thru the yard I could step in a low spot break my leg, I will refer these guys just make sure they put it back as they found it.
Excellent service and explain every thing he was going to do.I will use top of Texas a again.
Very professional and knowledgeable technician. I would recommend TOP OF TEXAS PLUMBING
I had a slab leak in HW line already identified by another plumber over the weekend. It was easily accessible from the garage. Jessie said it would be $1500 to $1800 over the phone. He came, saw there was a simple *manifold* and raised his price to $2000. He repaired it. Then said I think there is another leak further back, basing it only on some pipe noise and that would be another $500. He said the shutoff valve (ball valve) to HW Heater was broken too, it was not. Somehow he had blocked the line elsewhere (he didn't explain). He still was not sure if there was another leak and asked me if he should patch the concrete! He is supposed to be the expert. The concrete fix was not well done. I am not sure it is fixed though it seems to be; awaiting my water bill to find out. I paid $2000. I think Jessie is honest, maybe over his head on this. It is not comforting when the plumber is unsure of his own work.
Jesse is the best plumber I have ever worked with. He's honest, does what he says he will do, and at very reasonable prices. He even come out on a Sunday and did not charge me extra!!! He removed an old toilet and installed a new one. The work is beautiful and you can't even tell he was there. I will be calling him to install new bathtub fixtures soon. Jesse will be my "go-to" plumber from now on. I cannot say enough nice things about Jesse.
Jessie is a man of his word. Very professional and did an excellent job. If You have need for a plumber I highly recommend you call Top of Texas Plumbing.
The quote was $2500 then $1900 with our parts. The final bill was $3050. 14 hours of work turned out to be $200/hour.
Top of Texas owner/operator Jessie Gutierrez is by far the best plumber we have ever used. He is a small business that responds quickly and his work is fast and very reasonably priced. He gave me a free service call and approximate estimate on my issue. Other companies we have used in the past wouldn't be able to make a service call until Monday, which today is Friday and we are having grandchildren visit over the weekend, so that was not acceptable. Jessie responded within 2 hours and installed new kitchen faucet and fixed broken shutoff valve in a very short time. Prices can't be beat. Give him a call. I promise you will not be disappointed.
