About us

My name is Eric Griffin and I'm Offering quality exterior cleaning services for less in central Florida (Orlando and surrounding). I don't leave the site until you are 100% satisfied with the outcome. I offer 25% discounts to all veterans, military, and first responders. I have been performing exterior cleaning services for over 5 years as a side gig and am looking to make it my full time work. Always happy to give a quote for free and never over charge! I love this work and would like your help to make it a reality!

Super friendly and reliable! My driveway was completely black in which he came out and finished in just about an hour with no problems. Amazing job and very affordable! 100% recommend and will be using again.

I had a significant amount of weeds in the paver cracks of my lanai. Eric did an excellent job cleaning the pavers and getting rid of the weeds. Great communication, friendly, and probably the best price in town.

Eric did a fantastic job. I live on a corner, he pressure washed the entire sidewalk as I requested. He then went over and above and pressure washed the curb at no extra charge. He is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Kleen and Fancy for a job well done at a fair price. Fred O.

Just had my house/driveway pressure washed and Eric did an amazing job. Our house looks like it has a fresh coat of paint, but it’s just sparkly clean :)
