Quick, professional and quality service

This is the third time I have had Gavin and his crew out for service. The first time was for my water heater that blew and was flooding , unfortunately on a Sunday night. And I couldn't get the water shut-off valve to turn all the way off due to being old and hardly ever used. Gavin and his crew were there first thing in the morning to the rescue. Removed rusted out old water heater that just sat on the floor, they installed new one the way it's supposed to be with drain pan and drain pipe; also installed new brass water shut-off valve, the other was just plastic. I live in a mobile home, so things are put together using the most inexpensive materials possible. I was so impressed with these guys. They know how to get things done the right way, the solid way. The second time I needed them was for several leaks, three sinks and my garden tub. The garden tub caused floor damage. Again, Gavin and his crew were promptly at my place, found the problems and had my leaks fixed in no time. This last time I had the guys out was to install a new toilet, the old one was never fixed correctly and was still leaking. The person who I had fix it a couple years ago wasn't careful enough to get the wax ring seated right and was slowly seeping damaging floor again. I plan on having them install one more toilet in the guest room. If you want things done right, Gavin and his crew are the best. And not only good at what they do, they clean up and leave your house like no one had ever been there. They are very professional, prompt and courteous. I love these guys, I would never trust anyone else now that I have the best! They truly are 'Top of the Line'.

Hired to remove water conditioner. Arrived on time and went right to work. Obviously had a plan. Upon finishing the job, went over ever step taken. Both men were very pleasant. Will definitely call them when I have a plumbing problem.

Very efficient , curtious, and informative on operation of unit.

The owner, Gavin, called this morning to let us know that Steve was on his way. He arrived on time, got right to work and replaced the pipe and fixtures on the water main right next to the house. (I inadvertently put a nick in the pipe while edging.) Steve also upgraded the plastic valve to a brass one so we don't have to worry about failures in the near future. All done in under an hour and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for their customer service skills as well as their plumbing certifications.
