The The Top of the Line representative Jose Otez, I do not know whether this is the right spelling for his last name, came to our house on 11/1/22. He was very efficient and quiet but he knew his job. He had a smooth work flow. He worked with ease. He took the screens off first and took them all outside and washed them down and then he started on the windows inside and out and he cleaned the window sills inside and out. He did an outstanding job. He was on time in arriving and he did his job in a timely manner. There was no spots or smudges and the window panes was crystal clear. My husband and I will get him to come back and clean our windows again and possibly power wash our house. This is a good company and if all the other employees work like Jose they have good employees working for them. I will continue to refer this company to my neighbors. Thanks for a job well done. Wilbur was amazing scheduling my window washing and pressure washing of my siding and deck. The staff arrived on time and completed the job with perfection and efficiency. Pricing was reasonable and fair.

They were prompt and did good work. The windows look great. The one negative was that I had to request and then re-request that they protect the floors under the interior windows. And then I had to clean up the water puddles that they left. So communication was a bit of an issue, as was leaving the work space clean. Wilbur was easy and nice work with, and his crew’s work was good, so I would give them another chance.

I have a 1937 house with approx. 11x18 window panes, some times up to 16 panes per window, plus storms and screens. Not an easy job!! I could not have been more pleased with the quality of the work, care and performance of the technician. Thought the price was extremely reasonable for such great service.

Words cannot describe my experience. After weather permitted Luis came 2 hrs early,left due to gutters being frozen although it was a sunny day. Said heâ d be back at noon. Showed up at 3:00 and did not do the job. He put the ladder up in front of door and proceeded to throw mud, leaves ,dirt all over stepssiding, and front door He never did any more of the gutters (6â maybe). No downspouts at all I followed him inside my house because he acted strange. Drugged? What followed need horrified me. Luis walked around on top of the roof, but he never touched a gutter other than the 6â that he attempted to do in front. After1/2 hour he knocked on the door and asked for his check. I couldnâ t believe this. Got phone and called Top of the Line Services. They were as rude and ignorant as Luis was. Said they didnâ t want business from my people anyway and that I didnâ t have to pay. I asked Luis to clean up the filt at my front door. He kept saying â mam you donâ t knowâ . The other lady was angry with him and wanted him to finish his work. I had my phone and I took pictures of this nightmare. Someone allied Luis and they spoke in Spanish. He connected the hose for the first time and tried to clean up the mess at my front door. Then he said he was leaving and ran to his truck and drove off. I had told your co. about doing an interior painting job forme in the Spring. Forget it. I would not want your company to walk my dog. My neighbors told me to ask you if you were a member of the BBB? You do know about that is. I now understand why some people feel the way they do about hiring people without references. I thought your company took care of checking these workers out. I cannot rate you low enough. Please take me off of your list. Donâ t call or bother. I will show pictures I took on my phone if need to.

The window washer did an excellent job, however he mixed up some of the screens and therefore had great difficulty getting them back up. It became time consuming and I'm concerned that now that they've been "wedged" back in they quite possibly will be difficult to remove for the next cleaning. Oh well, for now the windows look great!

Showed up on time and did a great job, but did more work then requested and requested additional payment. I asked them to clean windows on first and second floor, which were included in cost estimate. I added 3 additional small half windows in the basement, but workers cleaned more than requested and said that the cost was an additional $85 after the job was done. I felt bad as the work had already been completed and paid them the additional money, but job was over budget and I did want them to clean/did not ask them to clean three storm doors or 4 windows in an unfinished portion of my basement, which is under construction (i.e., ceiling has been torn out, electrical exposed, wall board and flooring stripped) Recommend you stick to what was agreed to in original estimate and not be talked into paying for work you did not request.
