Steve is a top notch contractor and puts the customer's needs and wants as his top priority. I've worked with several other contractors, as an interior designer, and Steve was such a breath of fresh air. I will definitely use his company again.

Steve walked us through each step of the process and was patient with our decision making process which took about 1- 2 months. He is a great person to work with and we enjoyed every aspect of this piece of our remodel project. We had asked for a quote for about 100 square feet of counter tops. After receiving two quotes of different product groups, he help us narrow down our choices into our budget. He arranged all the sinks and plumbing and the install was completed in 7 hours with no problems. It was pouring rain the day of the install but that didn't stop them. We would definitely recommend him to anyone. As the final big piece to our entire house remodel, it was a great ending to our story.

All the people who did the actual work were professional, took pride in their work which showed in the end result. They showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. Thanks to Home Advisor, I narrowed my countertop contractors to several good options. I ultimately selected Steve Chambless and Tops, Inc. because of Steve's likability, professionalism, responsiveness and competitive pricing. Now that the project is complete, I can happily report Steve also has complete integrity and follows through on what he says he will do. During our initial meeting, Steve showed several sample options, but he recommended I review full slabs at a showroom. He said customers nearly always change their minds after seeing the full slab. Steve met me there and took time to walk me through a number of different options. Just as Steve predicted, I completely changed my mind after seeing the full slabs. Steve also was the most detailed potential contractor, explaining the process and even where the all the seams would be. He went through the benefits of various slabs and even helped with flooring recommendations based upon his experience and what he has seen elsewhere. During installation, there were a couple of unexpected issues. Rather than trying to pass along any of those unexpected costs to me, Steve stuck to his original estimate. He also followed up multiple times to clean thoroughly and to make sure I was completely satisfied. The new quartz countertops in my 40-year old kitchen and bathrooms literally change the rooms. The first word from nearly everyone who sees them is, "Wow!" Each of the workers on Steve's team was polite and seemingly very trustworthy. From beginning to end, I highly recommend Steve and his team. Thank you, Home Advisors!

Contractor was very professional and experienced

Steve and his team were very professional and completed everything that was contracted. When issues were encountered, (for example, wrong sink was shipped by the Supplier) Steve and his team forged forward and got the Kitchen counters in as promised and used my old sink so I wouldn't be without the use of the kitchen until a new sink could be obtained. As soon as the correct sink was delivered, Steve and his team promptly completed the work. The work that Tops did for me turned out GREAT! I am very happy with the quality of his team's work. I would highly recommend Tops, Inc for anyone wanting Kitchen remodeling work and would not hesitate to hire Tops for any work I may have in the future.

Tops did an incredible job restoring or kitchen and restroom marble counter tops. We had a big piece crack on an edge and they made the crack look like it was part of the natural stone veining.

I have never had a better contractor experience! Steve personally came out to give me the estimate and gave me so much more info than any other contractor I tried. The quote was affordable and accurate and the timing was flexible and easy. Steve personally stayed with us through the entire process from the quote, to choosing our granite (multiple times since we are picky! :-) ), through installation, and final inspection. The end result was gorgeous and we couldn't be happier. I'll be saving Tops, Inc. in my phone for all future needs. Highly recommend!
