Bill Madden is straight to the point and follows through on what he promised. He responds best to texts. He accommodated our complicated schedule, which was very helpful. His company installed 2 laminate countertops in two different houses. He gave us good, down-to-earth advice on what type of countertop to choose. He is not a designer, so you need to know what you want (samples are available). The price was fair. I'm sure there is slightly cheaper, but for us, having a contractor who does what he says when he says he will do it is worth a little extra from the cheapest you can get. The work was done very well. Overall, an excellent experience. We would definitely recommend Tops of the Town as a good resource for replacing countertops at a reasonable price, with no surprises and in a timely manner.

They did an excellent job and saved me a whole lot of money. Another professional told me my entire counter needed to be replaced. I emailed pictures to the rep from Tops Of The Town and he told me my sink just needed to be resealed. He could have very easily just agreed with what the other professional told me, replacing all the counter tops and taking all my money. I was extremely grateful for his honesty and integrity!
