Maid Service
Vanessa and her crew are fantastic! I have used her cleaning service for years. I love coming home on the days Vanessa has been there. Would recommend her to everyone. She always goes the extra mile for her clients and does a fabulous job. I've had her do maid service and deep cleaning service and ham always blown away by the exceptional work.

When I first hired Vanessa, I explained that I had had problems with people not showing up without letting me know, and she said she understood and would never do that. For a while she either showed up right on time or let me know that the weather was so bad that she couldn't come, or that she was running late. Then a member of her family had a medical emergency in another state, and Vanessa didn't come and didn't call. Eventually she did get in touch, and I felt her excuse was reasonable. After the crisis was over, and the family member had been transported to Virginia, Vanessa came one more time, and then she disappeared entirely. I've tried multiple times to contact her, both by phone and by email, but her voicemail is full, and I've received no answers to my emails. Under the circumstances, I can't recommend her at all, since I feel that in the month or so that she has been back in Virginia, she could have found a few minutes here or there to let her customers know that she will no longer be available, or that she needs to take time off. I'm extremely disappointed and can no longer recommend Topshelf Cleaning.

Vanessa comes to our house once a week, and I am SO happy that I do not need to worry about cleaning my house anymore! We have 2 dogs, and she takes time to make sure all of the dog hair is cleaned every week, even though there is a ton of it. Would definitely recommend her services.

Topshelf Cleaning recently performed an initial deep clean of our house. The owner, Vanessa, and her assistant spent 8 hours thoroughly cleaning the house from top to bottom. The house sparkled and smelled like new when they were done. Their attention to detail and eagerness to please the customer were very much appreciated.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Vanessa was on time and she had one other person. They only had to clean the downstairs which they did a very good job. The kitchen floor could have been a little cleaner but its old vinyl and I understand.

"I appreciate all my comments. This was my 1st time at this clients home. She only wanted a very general clean. Why I was their I even did some extra things for her. I also added that next time lets do a full detailed clean due to not having someone come and clean on a regular basis. She also offered me a tip which I asked her not to because I appreciated the work and she said she would use me again. Hope to hear from her soon. Next time I will use a different product on the kitchen floor."
