Top To Bottom House Cleaning

Horrible experience! While they did an okay job cleaning they overcharged us and refused to refund. I had documentation and emails, yet ended up having to challenge on CC and received a refund thru AM EX. It was the most frustrating conversation I ever had. I would show and explain, but the owner refused to accept that 2 + 2 = 4. So happy to be gone.

They are extremely accommodating and always make the time to come in and help when I need it. They do a great cleaning and I am very pleased.

I am very satisfied with Top to Bottom service. They arrive on time the crew is always the same they basically do a deep cleaning each time they clean my house! Highly recommend them!

She and her team are amazing they are professional and quick and thorough an if there is ever a problem she will bend over backwards to make it right.

#1 Make sure you get a cleaning contract in writing and have Lucy visit your home first to give you a quote. Lucy didn't want emails, she wanted to speak on the phone Monday 11/27 and assured me she would send her A-Team on Friday 12/1 at 12pm to my house to do everything we verbally agreed upon. #2 Keep track of what time your cleaning crew arrives, takes breaks, what they have cleaned, what damage they have done and what they leave your house with. Her A-Team (3 cleaners) showed up 1 hour late, 1 person left for 1 hour, they took a 30-min lunch, they laughed and talked the whole time (that was fine but I'm sure it took away from their concentration), they put a huge black scuff mark on my wall with my ladder and didn't remove it. When they all left at 5pm I noticed that none of the baseboards had been cleaned. I ran out and asked if the 2 who were still there could come back in. They cleaned the baseboards and left at 5:30pm. #3 Check their work. After they had gone. Working about 3.5 - 4 hours total. I paid a total of $450.00 for a 1 time deep clean of my down stairs only minus the two spare bedrooms. Lucy and I had agreed that they would clean my house "Top to Bottom" Including the ceilings and skylights due to some very light construction work that had just been done. I had also removed a ton of stuff so that it would make the cleaners lives easier. They still didn't clean under the couch, the mirrors were streaked, above every door was dusty, above the kitchen cupboards was filthy, my 2 bottles of Clorox cleaner were missing, there was dirt in the corners of the floor, there was something on the floor in the front entry way, the bar in the kitchen was dirty, they dusted around the DVR systems in the living and bedrooms, the blinds were dusty still. #4 I called Lucy to let her know. She said she would come back herself with her crew next week because they don't work on Saturday or Sunday. (their website says they are open on Saturdays) I could leave a key. I'm nice I didn't want to say no...I said I'd let her know. I thought about it and sent her a text letting her know that if they wanted to make it right they could come back Saturday or Sunday otherwise I would finish cleaning what they missed myself. She agreed to come back Saturday 12/2 at 1:30 pm. She would come, Lucy the owner, plus her 2 best cleaners (2 of the women who were there the day before). #5 I asked if they could bring me back 1 bottle of Clorox cleaner. Lucy said that a deep clean usually takes 3 hours and they were at my house for 5.5 hours so when they run out of their cleaner they use the clients. I let Lucy know the correct time her girls were at my house and that the first thing they did was got into the cabinet under my sink and helped themselves to my stash of cleaners. I said they weren't there long enough to exhaust their cleaners. Lucy then said her girls didn't take my cleaner and they would talk to me about it tomorrow. I also asked t

Some scheduleing issues, but very satisfied with service.

Hard working. Windows looked really clean.

She is delightful and easy to work with and very efficient.

She is just awesome. we have used her for our own home and trustworthy and awesome.
