Torch Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling

Was looking for a plumber to replace the 2 faucets in my bathroom. I was quoted a higher price from a different plumbing company and Torch was able to do the work at a lower price. They came out, replaced the faucets, cleaned up area when they were done. Did a great job. If any plumbing needs are needed in the future, I will call them out.

Technician called prior to arrival with an ETA. I was provided a photo of the technician along with qualifications through text message. Trey was SUPER polite, very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything that he diagnosed and how he planned to remedy the clogged sewer drain. I was COMPLETELY satisfied from the first call from the answering service to the office calling to schedule the appointment. I will most definitely use TORCH again for my plumbing needs!

I had some backup issues in my mainline. Trey came to get it cleared out. He was tentative and provided feedback on my issue. My clean out that is supposed to be ground level was buried and open to the elements. I didn't have a rise to ground level but after he cleaned the blockage, we went over a quote I received a couple years back on getting my clean out risen. He helped me get that scheduled for same day and Jacob came out to get that put in. He was tenacious and had it completed in no time. They both made sure all was cleaned up after they were done. Across the board from the front office Rachel to the servicemen Trey and Jacob, top notch customer service!

Everyone at Torch was very helpful and polite. They were able to perform same day service for me. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the installation. I had a 32 year old Bradford White that finally failed. Replaced it with another Bradford White.

bitter/sweet review, setting aside the politeness of the technician and office staff, i had a water heater issue, wouldn't stay lit, the initial visit cost 99 and when the technician came out i told him what was wrong and basically he went off that and didn't really take anything apart to dig deeper into it, he ended up saying the gas valve needed replaced, i got one for 150, got the part in and made the appointment, came out and switched the piece for 495.00, water heater still wouldn't stay lit, after a bit the individual still couldn't figure it out, made a call to whoever and then it was discovered that the TRD shattered and basically was a safety device incase of overheating, said it couldn't be replaced its pretty much toast from that point and needed a new water heater. i bought the piece and replaced it myself in less than 30mins. not sure what i paid 600 for. also said the 99 would be deducted from the final bill and never was. i've learned and i wash my hands of it. gl to u
