I called Torque Appliance Repair regarding my refrigerator that was malfunctioning. Anthony informed me of his "Trip Charge" and we arranged a meeting time. He called before arriving as he said he would, arrived on time and was friendly and professional . He performed his diagnosis, I OK'd the suggested repair and then Anthony did the necessary repair. True to his word, his trip charge was deducted from the final bill, and I now having a refrigerator that functions properly.

Although we did not have our oven repaired, Anthony was honest with us that repairing our gas stove for the third time for same thing was not cost effective and that we would be better off replacing it. We so appreciate the honesty. Will definitely ask for him again for any further repairs
