All repairs were done very well and they were very helpful and polite.

Needed an old water heater replaced. Was contacted and given a quote immediately. Hired them and they arrived on time the next day and got everything completed.

after several hours and cutting 3 large holes in my garage to search for the leak (i agreed to cut holes) he was simply not able to find the cause. He DID try, but in the end, simply was not able to figure it out. After talking with another company and telling all that was checked, I was told the very first thing that should have been checked was the actual toilet, which was not done. However, we DID tell the plumber it was a newly installed toilet and he did say it was installed properly but did not check it or turn the water off to the toilet. As it turned out my son figured it out, it was Only a faulty New toilet after all. We took it back to Lowes and replaced it with another one installed the 2nd new one and it was fine and no leaking. Seems like a licensed plumber would check that first. The company did accept a lower payment than the original bill of over $500 and accepted $236 but I still have three Big holes that need to be repaired in my garage. Again, the plumber really did try, but seems as another company said it is something that a licensed plumber would check first before cutting up to walls. I still think they are a company you could call for basic fixes.

Awesome service, my HVAC company notice that during their service that they smelled gas. Called Torque Plumbing and they were here in less than 2 hours. Identified the leak and repaired it in less than 2 hours after having to locate parts to fix the leak for a gas line that parts are no longer manufactured. Having a gas leak in your attic is not a save environment, they recognized the fact and re-prioritized their calls to make sure this issue was taken care of as quickly as possible. 6 Stars if I could. Great Work!!

Fantastic service.

Did not have correct equipment to find water leak quickly and had to be called back twice to fix items they used for testing. Nice owner but would not recommend to fix water line leaks. Extremely expensive.

They came out on a Saturday just hours after I called them and installed a gas water heater.

The fellows are dressed neat and clean and come when they tell you they will be there . Don't keep you waiting around all day.
