Do not hire this company! They tell you they are going to do all this stuff in your yard and make it sound really good but they did nothing! Said they would come back and do the things they did not do but never showed up.

Tree Stump Removal
Failed to show at appointed time at 9 AM and did not call until 12 to reschedule and did not show up at new time on time. When they did show up they had rented equipment. When I complained about clean up they left and came back with one trash bag and a rake and raked up a half bag. They charged $650 for one large stump and 2 small stumps which I agreed to before work was done. My wife and I have 7 bags of debris so far that we have cleaned up still have more to go. I was so disgusted I paid them so they would leave. When they did work it was very cold and they should have waited for a warmer day and maybe just maybe the work would have been better.

Tree Trimming
The walnut tree I had trimmed was in my back yard. In the past, all contractors wanted to back in their massive trim trucks. Problem: They would destroy my driveway. These guys brought in smaller equipment. I told them there are a lot of people like me out there that need major tree trimming or to cut down a tree where big equipment is not feasible. Having had this tree trimmed a couple of times before, I knew what a reasonable bid was. Torres was the first to call and after their bid I did not take any other bids. They are insured. They had no problem sending me a copy of their insurance policy and checked it out to ensure the policy was active. I also plan to write a letter to the Better Business Bureau.
