While cutting the holes in the floor for the vent placement 2 of the holes messed up our floor. While working in on bedroom my beautiful treasured Cinderella glass ornament was broken by the owner and he had no remorse just stated it was in him he did it. No offer to replace it although it wouldnâ t be the same because it came from Disney on our trip with family. It was not in an area they were planning to work or I would have removed it. The Ac / heat system works great but the installation took 3 days because they donâ t arrive before 10:30/11:00.

Dennis has done probably 10 houses for me and I am always very impressed.. The value for his quality of work is great, he is punctual, and does what he says he is going to do. I would recommend him!
