Garage Door Repair
The price is a bit higher than other companies, however itâ s worth it. Also the warranty is longer than many of the other companies.

My garage door was opening by itself during the night. They sent a young man out and he reset the opener and charged me a reasonable rate. That night the door still opened on its own. The boss sent the young back right away and reset the frequency and replaced the wall opener. He did not charge for the trip and only charged 45$ for the wall opener. Problem fixed!

Carlos came out the day before to assess the issue, quoted me a fair price and then came out the next day with the new garage and opener and got everything installed with no issues. Did an excellent job.

Garage Door Repair
No communication. I have asked for documentation of the work done, contract information, and cash receipt, but received nothing. Problems with the garage a day later. (Folding in the middle while operating) When he came back out to check it... he did NOTHING! Did not offer any solutions at all. Would not listen to my concerns said it was not his fault. It was like that already! Folded (bent) in the middle! Not professional at all! Very disappointed.

Garage Door Opener Repair or Adjustment
They were able to fix right away as an emergency, which we appreciated. When they came to fix the issue they wanted to replace all 4 springs which is unnecessary and so expensive but can understand people want the extra business. We were able to agree to only fix the one spring as needed but was still pretty high priced although we did negotiate it fown a bit. Unfortunately they were not able to address the anchor point on the wall for the track to our satisfaction so will have to find someone different to help with that issue.
