This company is a rip off. They were here 4 times, replaced $1100 worth of parts that weren't needed and my refrigerator is still not working. After hiring another company, we find there is a freon leak inside the unit that wasn't repaired and is really hard to get to. The new company said it's not worth spending any more money on this machine after wasting $1100.What a rip off and total waste of money. Stay away from Total Appliance, they will rip you off. They were recommended by LG so I called them. Had I read the reviews first, I would have called someone else.

My worst service experience. Electrolux put me in touch with them for a broken washing machine that was two years old and under warranty. The man was in the apartment less than ten minutes, let in by a friend as I couldn't be there. He said he'd call me to explain the issue--he didn't. I called and left a voicemail asking him to do so--nothing. When I spoke to a dispatcher at the company, they told me they'd contacted Electrolux to order parts, that it would be cheaper to replace the machine but that Electrolux had said to order the parts under warranty. Two weeks later, I have not been able to get in touch with Total Appliance Solutions, despite multiple voicemails left and emails. Then I find out that the tech wrote that the machine had been misused, magically placing it out of warranty. I have only ever treated the machine gently, and do regular maintenance. $350 for less than 10 minutes in my apartment and this treatment.

Unprofessional, rude and did not solve the issues with washing machine. First when he entered my house he was upset he had to put shoe covers on (evidenced by huffing puffing weird faces and didn’t even say hello or introduce himself). He was in and out of my house within 6 minutes.“Repair guy- if you can call him that- said there’s no problem with machine, but with the hoses. He informed my mother the hoses needed to be switched (hot and cold). Mind you machine was purchased/hooked up through Home Depot in 2021 and I have had no problems with washing machine until now (I did not switch or touch hoses at anytime). Machine will fill with water, doesn’t drain completely and I have to manually drain (machine smells like old musty water). Anyway, he says the problem is my hoses and its not his responsibility hoses are not covered under warranty. looked at hoses I noticed a leak where hose is connected to back of machine and puddle of water. now I have a broken machine with leaking hoses

WARNING!!!!! Stay away from those people if I can call them so! They did schedule appointment to come on Saturday with an unonormous amount of hours as an arrival time window of 4 hrs! When I did discuss my appointment details, , I requested to use a shoes covering to keep my house clean ,they told me they do not know that is and never heard about that ,so they don't have it.Really???!!! That was first flag -they don't care about your home ,they would just come to your house likedeers with dirt and mud ! So, I wasted 6hrs!!! on Saturday, on my weekend and they never came to the appointment!!!! I called few times requesting to talk to owner but aswer is alwaysone of two :he just left or he didnot arive yet. Now I called again... of course owner " just left" and by the eaymy appointment magical moved " by itself" from wasted by those people Saturday to Tusday, the appointment moved by whom????!!!! Who asked me? Who called me? Who apologized for wasted Saturday?? Such a trushy behavior !!

Do not use Total Appliance Solutions. They are a horrible company to work with. Due to their negligence, they caused flooding from a botched dishwasher repair because they did not replace the hose of the dishwasher to the sink. My basement got flooded and damaged ceiling tiles in the basement. They would not take responsibility nor did they try to work with us. Julia from their office just said that it was our problem. She is the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with. This company is a sham! They screwed up and did not even look at fixing the problem. Never use this company.

The technician changed a part that was not broken. When I called the office the *lovely* woman told me, *that happens*.

Used my own parts which understandably does not come with guarantee.

Horrible customer service, rude and unprofessional. Made a deposit never heard from them again. Save your $115 it s not worth the time or money

My freezer is making a loud noise, so I called for help. What I got was nothing. The service technician took off the cover for the fan located in the back of the freezer. He then proclaimed that here was not a problem. Needless to say the noise from the freezer can be heard all the way to the back bedrooms, it is that loud. Yet he claimed, there was not a problem. All for the price of $151.00. I have been reading and spoke to GE Appliance and a GE Technician and I will be making the repair myself today with nothing but some lubricant.

Lacking experience in the subject of appliances, making a wrong diagnosis which cost me $95 in a technicians visit fee.

Two burners on my Kenmore range were taking too long to light. A technician came to my house and said it was a simple fix with an inexpensive replacement part. I paid $95.00 for the visit and he told me I won't have to pay anything but for the part, which has to be ordered, when he returns. He assured me it was a cheap and easy fix. The next day I received a message telling me the part will cost $370.00. After my saying that the price of that part cannot possibly be that expensive, they said oh yeah, its $270.00. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY. I DON'T TRUST THEM & NEITHER SHOULD YOU.

Alex from Total appliance solution was courteous and repaired my microwave. Problem is, he broke two other parts and refused to admit. They told me **no problem** they will order the parts, but then made me pay for a part that was not broken prior to his first consultation. I would definitely not trust a company like this, not honest.

My Fisher Paykel refrigerator was not cooling adequately because the doors were not closing tightly. Slava quickly assessed the problem and ordered replacement door hinges. He also cleaned the back of the refrigerator and even vacuumed the floor! Waiting for deliver and installation of the new hinges but I expect to be pleased with the outcome based on this first service call. Thank you Angie's list.

Finally, found a reliable and honest appliance repair provider. They arrived 15 minutes after I called them and did the work (replace an igniter on my oven in another 15 minutes). Fair price $165. I'll use them again and highly recommend them.
