Hired them to build a deck. Took a deposit and never did the work. Refuse to return my money. Being investigated by the RI Dept of Business Regulation and has since had their license revoked.

I had such a fabulous experience! We had an urgent need, and Total Asset Solutions was responsive, courteous, and able to help us quickly. The crew was so friendly, answered all of my questions, and left our yard spotless when they were done. I will not hesitate to contact them for future work!

The whole team at Total Asset Solutions has been great. With the pandemic, it took a while for the project to actually get started, but they were great along the way and it was really worth the wait. The guys working in the house have always been so kind and courteous - they even helped me when the kitchen sink pipe dislodged while they were here. The workmanship has been great and they have shown that they prefer to take their time to do it right. Highly recommend, and will definitely hire them again!

I was so impressed by the professionalism, hard work and most importantly the kindness of everyone at Total Asset Solutions. From the beginning the communication was so beyond what I've experienced with other companies. I felt that I was a valued customer before, during and after the job and will definitely go to them for any future projects. Ilana is very hands on and kept me updated when weather conditions affected the timeline. Johnny and General (coolest name ever) were friendly, professional, and made sure I was satisfied throughout the process of doing the job. They were respectful of me, my yard, and even my mom's crazy little dogs. lol They worked amazingly hard and had the job done way before expected. Fabulous! Great communication, shared creative ideas for our landscaping project, very reasonable cost, timely, caring, Ilanna makes you feel like family. It's hard to find contractors these days where you can talk to a human on the first call. I know they're all busy but the way Ilanna has her company set up you WILL get a human or a call back quickly. I'm so happy with the landscape work for the front, side and back yard I am eager to keep working with her company for the many other projects around the house. When you find someone this good what makes the find even better is to know they don't just do landscaping and outdoor work! They do all manner of handyman projects big and small! Ilanna has a lifetime customer with us! Truly great service, cost, communication, and integrity with her company and the folks who work with her!

I sat and watched what was a well organized Well thought out plan put together by that team They where on time polite and cared about the project as well as clean up and attention to detail. I not only use them for general maintenance lawn care and snow removal but now landscape design!

Total Asset Solutions are amazing to work with! They answer your questions any time of the day and keeps you well updated. The company came to do spring yard clean up and did an amazing job! The yard looks great! They even took the time set up the girls play house from things that have been blown away during a storm. They took the time and care and did a super job. Would recommend and def be doing more business in future soon!

Total Asset Solutions built a retaining wall at the back of our property - connecting to our neighbor's yard behind us. The finished wall is beautiful, and functional. They were easy to work with, were considerate of our needs and our neighbor's needs and were very professional.
