Adrian (owner) is a super nice, polite, knowledgeable salesperson. Patient and very helpful. Steve the Installer is very friendly, experienced and efficient. Only downside to this project is that the company uses an answering service and you don't get return phone calls very quickly if they have outside setups.

We hired Total Blinds after receiving 2 bids. Adrian was an excellent assistant as he was extremely knowledgeable about the products they offer. He went the extra mile with demonstrations between the various products. We will have them back in the future to tint other windows in our home with the same Huper Optics window film..,,....fabulous product and very much worth the extra $$. Total Blinds is the only operation in town that offers Huper Optic......we are sold!
