Same day service and the job was done thoroughly. Happy customer.

Call Total Carpet. Asked for pricing, Dave quoted 12cts/sq.ft. I said I had 3bedrooms and hallway and sq footage is 630 sq ft. I said ok that about $75/80. Set up for 10/3/17. 3-4PM. At 3:45 I called and left a message. He calls back and finally arrives close to 4:30. He tells me he didn't know about this. He was in his yard working. I tried to clarify the price. He gives me a song and dance it is $30 per room. I said no it's $0.12 per sq ft at 630 sq ft.. I was about ready to throw him out. We settled on $100..but it had to be cash. When he was done, I said I want a receipt. he complains someone took the receipt book out of HIS truck. Before I paid him he did write a receipt on a scrap piece of paper. and the Dave would send me a Regular Invoice by e-mail. Would you be surprised if I told you that I never received the email receipt. How do people stay in business. Thx. BD Gahanna

The price advertised on HomeAdvisor was not honored. I was charged $125 for 2 rooms and small staircase. I'm satisfied with the service.

First time my carpet has not looked this good since it was new. They showed up right on time and explained what they would do. The last carpet cleaner who has been in business for years said some spots would not come up, etc. They did not when they cleaned it, but now it looks great since Dave cleaned it.

Arrived on time and did a good job removing all the spots in very dirty carpet. ...also learned about the additional carpet services Total Care offers so I can use just one company. Very pleased and have already recommended Total Care to friends.

Dave was so knowledgeable, very priceless information about the business. Was very nice and had a mind to want to teach me about the work.

Did a great job,I think they charge to much. He only was there 25 mins and charge me $135 for a very easy job. He even said that. He did a good job tho. Just overpriced.

Dave did a great job. attentive to what we wanted to have done. finish in time. carpet was dry within 2 hours. unlike otheres that take 4 to 5 hrs to dry. will be calling again.

Dave is very friendly, came in time, finished in time, and did a very good job. I am planning to hire him for carpet clean, house clean and other jobs his company is good at.

They were not very professional. They were in such a hurry to leave that we did not have time to tell them that other areas of the carpet needed to be stretched. They were also late to the appointment. Paid quite a lot for 5 mins of work and we had to clean up the mess they left. Would not recommend.
