The 4 hour window is ridiculous. I waited the full 4 hours. They arrived within one minute of 4 hours and spent 15 minutes working. They did not instill confidence!

I know waiting for a service call can be frustrating, but this time of year we have to work in time frames as we are quite backlogged. In regards to your unhappiness with our service, I'd really like to address that. If you would like, I can send a different crew over there to do the job again at no cost to you. To save you from waiting on another crew, I can put you in as a first appointment and be there around 9. Would you be interested in giving us another chance? Of course this would not be of any charge to you. I just want to be sure that your system was serviced properly. My name is Steve, the owner. I'd love to speak with you in regards to this. Thank you.

Everyone from the customer service people to the techs were very professional. Rob, my tech, was extremely knowledgeable! I had many questions and he answered them all. Pricing is in the ballpark of companies doing similar jobs. Estimates for future work to be done on my chimney were not unreasonable. I will definitely be using Total Chimney Care again and recommending them to friends and neighbors!
