I know waiting for a service call can be frustrating, but this time of year we have to work in time frames as we are quite backlogged. In regards to your unhappiness with our service, I'd really like to address that. If you would like, I can send a different crew over there to do the job again at no cost to you. To save you from waiting on another crew, I can put you in as a first appointment and be there around 9. Would you be interested in giving us another chance?
