I was given a list of things they would do regularly to sell me on a very high flat rate fee. After a few months, they had never completed the list once. They gave me about 20 minutes every two weeks. At $75 per visit, that calculates to $225 an hour. Pretty high rates for a housekeeper. Finally just had them stop coming.

I hired Total Cleaning Plus to do a move in cleaning after purchasing our first home. This included the interior of the dishwasher and fridge. We had the intention of having them provide regular service once we moved in. The house had not been lived in for 6 months and was not well maintained-the tubs especially. They did a very good job on the tubs. I noticed after the cleaning that they left some dirt behind doors and missed cobwebs in ceiling corners. They offered to come back out, but I declined as it wasn't a big deal. In the next day or so I discovered several issues that they did not address: the dishwasher had broken glass on bottom and in rack from previous owner, meaning they didn't actual clean it as we arranged. They again offered to come back out, but since they were so careless making a first impression, i wasnt interested in having them come back. The fridge was also supposed to be clean but was still full of crumbs. There was also a very noticeable amount of crumbs and dirt in the cabinets. Definitely not worth the $250.00 they were paid

these folks worked with a time limit. they did a nice job, a good job, i would have them come back again, but next time, i will let them have the time they need to do a complete job. I will hire them again, this summer.

Very accomodating to my schedule, prompt and good communication. Overall job well worth the money after a four month renovation project. Staff could have brought a few more specialty products to clean tub and a couple of floor stains, for example, but follow up visit by staff before they left site addressed these concerns.

Paid a lot of money for first cleaning. But not worth it, did not wash kitchen floor, for example. Also used a broken Vacuum cleaner that did not clean well. When I called to cancel the service, I was told I was rude and he hung up on me. Save your money and aggravationl

"I really wish we would have had the opportunity to make it right. When someone calls and just says you did horrible and does not allow you a chance to make it right, that is tough. I also had my supervisor out at the job site to check in and she was told everything was going great. She was even told that the client had not seen two employees work as hard as the two employees we sent him. We don't claim to be perfect, but we will always fix our mistakes and deliver what it is we say we are going to do, as long as we have the opportunity to do so."

There is a reason we have a 24 hour guarantee, where if you are not completely satisfied we tell you to call or email our office and we'll be glad to come back out to make it right.
