Thought this was a 6 step process but it was only 2 steps AND we paid additional $50 for pet treatment. Large wet spots left on carpet with white streaks (guessing the streaks are the only clean parts). The tech arrived 30 minutes late for the appointment &stayed only 30 minutes. When my husband went to look at the cleaning, the tech stopped my husband & discouraged him from looking because he said he should not walk on the carpet. I know our carpets were in need of a cleaning, but no more than what we have needed in the past. The other times our carpet cleanings have taken place it has taken more than an hour to do four rooms & our stairs. When I tried to get them to come back out (even emailed them pictures of the bad job), I got the run around & lack of return calls. Just want my money back.

Unfortunately this project didn't turn out the way we expected. We were looking for someone to come in and spot clean and freshen up some carpeted areas in the house. While their response time and scheduling were very quick, the quality of the work was not what we desired. First of all the techician (the actual owner of the company) can in and cleaned a living room, steps, upstairs hallway and two bedrooms in less than 30 min. When we called his contact number back to explain we weren't happy with a couple problem arears - we were drilled disrespectfully about if we stayed off carpets. He finally came back but was still unable to clean.

I was pleased with Total Cleaning Solutions in terms of communication and quality cleaning. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. They did a great job of cleaning. The estimate they gave via phone was $79 to clean high traffic areas in living and bedroom and cleaning a large area rug in the piano room. At the end of the hour-long cleaning session, the total bill was $169. I would recommend the estimate be done in-home rather than via phone call to be more accurate.
