my furnace quit working right during a snow storm. I contacted Home Advisor who put me in touch with Total Comfort . They called right away and within one hour were on site working. trouble shooting was required to find the total problem which was fixed. HEAT IS BACK ON !. Replacement of furnace is in my future and looks like Total Comfort will be the guys. Thank you Home Advisor for putting me in touch with these awesome truthful people

Chad was professional and pleasant. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. When he was finished he show me the paperwork for a RG&E rebate. It was completed by him except what I needed to do. He showed me exactly needed to do. his work was efficient and neat. He was also on time. I would definitely use Total Comfort again.

Very responsive company, I was able to get an appointment fairly quick to suit my needs. Chad performed preventive service and cleaning on my boiler and bled my radiators. He was efficient, thorough, and timely. The staff I interacted with, including Chad, were very personable and professional. The price was excellent and I am very happy. I will use them again in the future.

As part of selling our home, we needed our HVAC serviced and cleaned. Tech showed up, saw the right fit in the laundry room, did an eye inspection from afar, wrote up the report and left. He was on site for 5 minutes, if that.

They called within a half hour. The serviceman called before coming out to make sure it wasn t something that I could fix. He walked me through what he was doing and had my furnace up and running in under a half hour. I hope I don t need them for a while, but I know where to turn to when I do.

Being a business owner myself I try to put myself in the customers shoes. Not knowing much about HVAC I expected a higher estimate of repairs and some waiting time. Neither of those were the case with this company. Very accommodating, quick, nice and inexpensive! Will use them from now on!
