Rick responded the first day and I had a quote that was right in line for the job. The crew was very professional and easy to work with. While the crew was working the contracted area they noticed an adjacent area that had compacted so they filled it in for me.

Rick is very trustworthy and did a good job. When there was an issue with one of his workers, he promptly made it right. We hired him to foam out basement at the sill. It was a harder job due to acoustic tiles and batt insulation. He made sure everything was done to ours and his satisfaction ultimately. We would hire him again and recommend you do too.

I had Rick spray foam my rim joists. He was the first to respond to me for the job. His price was competitive. All my questions beforehand were answered. I like how he took the time to talk with me and explain everything. He was there within a week to get the job done. He showed up on time, was polite and respectful, worked efficiently, and did a great job with clean-up. The quality of his work is high. He completed the job exactly the way I wanted.

Rick was the only contractor to reply to my call for an estimate the same day. He scheduled the work promptly and showed up on time. I have hired him twice: Blown in insulation in the attic in April and recently Spray Foam on my basement rim joist. In both instances Total Comfort did a great job. Our house is much cooler this summer with the additional insulation in the attic. I would hire them again. Thanks Total Comfort !!

Make sure you get a total price quote before starting. Problems with equipment and not having the right hose length and rescheduling twice. Longer work time then told. Not very respectful.

Rick removed the existing box sill insulation (batt insulation) and replaced it with 3” thick spray foam closed-cell insulation. The purpose for our project was to eliminate the areas mice were entering our basement from the numerous holes in the old batt insulation. Rick did an outstanding job keeping the work area clean in our basement, showed up on time and was very responsive. Thank you for the great work
