Did a great job and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. In fact, they told me I didn't need the main line repaired as the existing line they found was an old line and had already been replaced elsewhere in the yard. No new line needed. I did have them fix a broken sewer access cap in the back yard while they were there and did a great job.

They were very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done for my application. I own an older mobile home and my water heater is located in a closet that needs to be accessed from an outside panel. There was some water damage on a wood shelf and they were able to replace the shelf along with the tank. I will be calling them again for any other issues that I may need to have fixed. Plumber appeared to make repairs exactly as scheduled. Made the changes in a timely manner, cleaned the area and removed all trash and containers. Very neat and pleasant.

The young man did an excellent job.....he was very efficient. Came out the day we called. Had an emergency the next day, and he was, once again, very helpful. Took care of everything.

We had an unexpected substantial leak on outdoor hose bib and could not get any other plumber to come out the same day. I was surprised and extremely happy when they showed up and quickly fixed our problem. The cost was reasonable and I have put their number in my phone for all future needs.

Although nothing needed to be fixed, I was very happy that Tommy put my mind to rest with regard to the inspection he did on my daughters historical house. Thank you Tommy!

Although as far as being pleasant, they'd get 5 stars, sadly, pleasant DOES NOT FIX ANYTHING! First Plumbing came but it seems my issue with my hot water heater wasn't a plumbing problem so they sent the Electrical Division. The very nice 2 guys came changed out the the Circuit Breaker (which the plumber said was the problem) and left. Problem solved! Not so fast! Five hours later...NO HOT WATER! The Circuit Breaker has tripped again! Multiple calls bc they have an INCOMPETENT answering service (which w/hang up on u in mid sentence, and they're ppl!!), after multiple attempts at resetting the CB and NOT hearing back the next morning I FINALLY CALL THEM! Of course it's Saturday! The girl says she'll send a PLUMBER!!!! I QUIT!! I NEED A MORE COMPETENT COMPANY!!!
