Jerry was very responsive to all calls and messages. Showed up when he was supposed to for estimate, actual work, and follow up. He and his crew did the work he said they would and did it very well. Personal service was executed flawlessly when I had some concerns regarding keeping the fresh slab covered for the cold overnight temps. Jerry allowed me to keep a couple of blankets for a few extra days so I could sleep at night. I would absolutely recommend jerry and total concrete services to anyone without reservation! The work he did was our pool deck......Jerry poured and finished concrete all around our pool connecting it with our existing patio, added a walkway from the patio to the shed and also created a large pad for all of the pool equipment to sit on. I can't say enough about how nice and helpful he was.....gave great suggestions and finished the job quickly. If you need concrete work done Jerry Hernandez is your guy!

Jerry did a project for us 2 years ago with great results. I called back for another small project that we needed quickly as it impacted other projects and we needed that foundation to start. He came out the same day to look at the scope of the project and the work was done in 2 days. Quality is second to none. In my opinion you cant go wrong with Jerry and crew.

Our 2 years old patio by Builder was insubstantial and flimsy where looked like it would break anytime soon. And it was so small square foots that did not go balance with two stories house as well as install 10' x 10' Pergola on top. Some extension got to be done and getting rip of that cheating pad!! I Chose Total Concrete Service LLC for the jobs among all. Jerry's estimate was affordable to make a new patio concrete size as per my request. He told me his works would make me happy. Total Concrete came recommended from a co-worker. They re-poured a quarter of my driveway and part of my walkway to fix the damage from bad concrete install when the house was built. Jerry was very professional. His work was fantastic and he communicated on every step. His pricing was great and was better than a lot of the local concrete guys. He was also flexible to my schedule. I would recommend Total Concrete to any of my neighbors or co-workers .

If there was a question or concern about anything related to the job, it was discussed until we came up with the best solution. These guys are absolute professionals and experts at their craft! They were also a lot of fun to have around and real hard workers!

I am very pleased with my patio extension. Jerry and his crew did a very nice job. This is my first experience with having cement pored and I am impressed with the result. They cleaned up very nicely too and I am eager for warmer weather to really enjoy my patio.

Jerry was good to work with. He came out and reviewed the area where we wanted to add the sidewalk. He then framed it and waited for our okay. Then he poured it. Finally, he came back and cleaned it before collecting payment. I enjoyed working with Jerry.
