Wow! I'm super impressed! The two cleaners went above and beyond to make our house look so much better!! They worked efficiently and were very professional. They even left small little touches like tying the curtains back in a way I have never thought of but looks so nice! They organized my children's stuffed animals and made their rooms look so nice! I would definitely use them again and might possibly go with a weekly or biweekly service! Much better than I expected someone coming to clean would do! Hire them you won't be disappointed!!

This is a negative complaint regarding the type of service I received from Total Dynamics' management. The incident was regarding a wooden blind over my bathtub. Before the cleaning ladies appeared, the blind was working, but after they left, the blind was broken and the string was lying on the tub. I was promised that the management would call me to resolve this issue, but it is one month later and I still have not received a phone call from management. I had to pay someone else to do the repair. I believe that the customer should always be right, but in this instance, I don't believe that I received any rights.

Very professional. I called last minute because I found I was having surgery the next day. The team of two came after their last scheduled job of the day. Arrived at 4 and left at 7. The price was very reasonable. The petson scheduling was also very professional. Home was very clean when they left. I will hire them again.

I have used this company now for a few months and continue to be pleased with them. They are always on time and if they run into an issue that inhibits their timeliness, they are quick to call and inform me. They come in and get to work..... no chatter! I would definitely recommend them.

We were in a bind and needed a Deep cleaning quickly. Total Dynamics scheduled something next day and gave us all the services we needed at a really reasonable price. They were flexible and accommodating. Our house looked great, they did a great job with the inside of the fridge and it was so easy and convenient. They charged $25/hour/maid, but they missed several spots and wanted to charge me extra for the areas that they had already worked on.

Very clean home. Loved it.

They were very friendly and made prompt appoitment to expedite my request for their service. I'm military and assigned out-of-state, so they were more than willing to work with my agent and email me the invoice for payment. They generously accepted that the check would be mailed out to them within 3-5 days. I would only recommend that for their benefit as well as the customer's convenience, they may consider online payment options at their website, such as using QuickBooks and paypal... to minimize payment delays. Overall, very satisfied and would definitely use them again!

This was my first time using Total Dynamics. Not only did they clean thoroughly (including vacuuming the upholstery!) the customer service was excellent as well as prompt and available.
