Total Energy is totally professional and goes above and beyond the project requirements to make sure I have what I need - efficient heat, hot water, and the extras (graded yard, sound reduction where necessary, willingness to follow through on related upgrades at reasonable expense, and more!) I have already raved about them to friends and coworkers. Probably the best investment next to the house itself.

Selma and John were the most professional contractors we met with, for any of our home project needs, thus far. They came out to our house twice to go over our heating project, for a total of at least four hours. The bid presented was thurough, and had everything broken down so we could see what we are paying for - didn't get this with the three air-to-air heat pump contractors contacted. Their professionalism and knowledge sold us on their service despite the larger cost over a "regular" heat pump system. Both Selma and John left the impression that "you get what you pay for" in a good way.
