They were actually able to come a day earlier than scheduled which was very much appreciated. The technician was super along with the office staff. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again....although I hope we donâ t have to.

Steve was customer service oriented and friendly. Explained what he was going to do to get rid of hornets. Price was reasonable, especially when compared to others. Very pleased.

Steve was friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. I called about one issues downstairs and ended up getting a full quarterly covered of the whole house to take care of our other unwanted visitors. If we see any issues between visits, he would come back out and deal with them. Peace of mind satisfaction. TES is awesome!!

FREE estimate. wasn't expecting that. Examination for mice was very thorough. The gentleman was respectful of my property. He was on time for both the estimate and for the extermination process. The cost was extremely reasonable and the company offered discounts when purchasing a plan.

Steve from TES came out and was so kind and reassuring about our unwanted guests. There was no high pressure. He just gave us the facts. He was so knowledgeable and gave us information about what we needed to do in the future and how to prepare for our next upcoming trip. He also gave us thoughts on how to handle the hotel where we found our unwanted friends. He spent over an hour with us examining our home. Jose came to do the actually application of the product. He was respectful of us and our home. Nothing was too hard for him. I am sorry that I can only give them a 5 star rating. They deserve so much more. They see their job as a profession, service, and ministry to their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Lancaster area.

Unlike other big name 'control' companies, Steve was honest about what he could/could not do. From the start of our conversation, his interest was in addressing my specific issue, not in trying to treat a 'generic' problem with solutions 'that might work'.

total exterminators was responsive and immediately came to see the problem, explain their service options, then give a quote. They followed-up with prompt and (so far) effective service, problem is solved! I don't know if we could have received similar service for less money, although other exterminators look as if they may be less expensive. But we are pleased, and will continue to work with this company.

My problem turned out not to be termites, but a very large ground ant colony. Steve was one of the most pleasant and professional business persons I have ever dealt with. His response was prompt. He was very reassuring and there was no charge for the assessment, as it was something we could handle ourselves. In the 30 minutes of contact that we had with him, we felt that we had made a new friend. In spite of our wanting to pay him for his time, he refused payment. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the area.
