Luis did a fantastic job. He explained everything about what he is going to do. Explained pros & cons for different options. Explained well how to do proper cleaning & maintenance and avoid the use of sealant damaging cleaners. He not only sealed grout but also cleaned tiles and caulked where needed. Zack did a great job on our shower stall. It looks brand new.

Regrouped areas of my walls, cleaned the shower floors and sealed them, cleaned off them grout? On the wall tiles. But most of all, taught me a great deal! A little bit more expensive than others I spoke with. We will need to reseal the tile on the shower floor and I will call him.

Zachary is very courtesy prompt professional. He answer all questions the work he did on my shower stall is beautiful. It was experiences but worth it!

Zachary was contacted and gave us a very thorough estimate of both the cost, the time needed to complete the job, and expectations for the results. Zachary estimate was on the higher end, but you get what you pay for. We had a whole house tile and grout cleaning and restoration (painting and sealing), 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, as well as all living spaces including kitchen, dining room, living room, and great room. We had one particular area that was in very poor shape. Once the job was complete, it looks as if I have had new tile and grout installed. Careful consideration was given to helping us choose the correct shade for the grout restoration. The result is beyond our wildest expectations. In addition, Zachary arrived promptly and in a timely fashion each day. He worked for 3 days in order to complete the tile and grout restoration. Furniture was meticulously moved and then replaced. I would highly recommend his services.

Zachary took on a difficult problem that other professionals declined. I was very skeptical at first. But he did a fantastic job restoring a very bad initial installation. I m a designer so my expectations are high. Thank you Zachary!
