He represented himself and his company as being an Owens Corning Certified Contractor on his written quote to me. In checking with the Mfg. It turned out that his certification was no longer valid, and he didi not renew it, so I was unable to get the Owens Corning warrantee that I wanted. It appears his workman ship was ok, time will tell, but i was disappointed with his misrepresentation and not reinstating his certification so I would get the better warrantee.

Bob was easy to deal with, had a fair price, finished the job promptly and neatly. I would have liked a written guarantee that the roof would not leak in the repaired area for a specified period of time. Otherwise, I as very satisfied.
