Kitchen - Remodel
This company does great work, but, with only a 2-year warranty, the work does not last. The grout on our tile already needs to be re-done, less than 5 years after it was done. We have had to get the grout repaired (at our expense). We thought we were hiring a good company, but the work does not last. I would never recommend this company for any major work.

Kitchen - Remodel
THI did a whole first floor remodel on our home. Walls removed for open floor plan. Living room turned into a home office. Half bath turned into full bath. Brand new kitchen. Our 1980's home is now updated & we could not be happier. Wonderful staff. Project manager Leonard Hall took such great care of us!! à  à °à  à  à  à  à  à Â

This company unprofessional. Wanted payment in cash no checks. Went over budget. Too much excess material left over. Workmanship quality below par (nails splitting wood, railing off centered, some joints not secured, some boards not level)

Replaced a 20 yr old Hy-Lite acrylic block window on 2nd floor, that had fogged up and retained water inside some of the blocks. Project was carefully evaluated, a cost estimate and time frame was provided. Pros came on time, cut the window out and replaced with the new one without any damage to existing outside dryvit or inside trim or drywall. Custom PVC trim was used to seal the outside. Absolutely beautiful. Job was completed faster than anticipated. Total Home Improvement will be the company that I use for any future home repair. Can't ask for a more courteous staff or professional company.

They wanted us to finance our remodel with Wells Fargo who have been on the 6 pm news for opening fraudulent accounts. We wrote them a check but are still not sure if an account was created in my mothers name.

Bathroom - Remodel
The project involved many individuals coming into the house BUT, each contractor (electrician, plumber, tiler etc.) came, saw and conqured! I was surprised how everyone was able to coordinate so well. As homeowners I'd like to see CONTINUAL work done everyday from 9-4pm but I would trade that anyday for the expertise of individuals doing ONE job well...and being here for 2-3 hours vs. all day.

Completion date was October 5. Not done as of October 19. Recommendation is to hold company to their completion date. Demand answers as to why project is going over, if it does.

"Unfortunately the Salesman had a typo and only had two weeks to remodel an entire Master Bathroom with a tile shower. We know that this time frame is nearly impossible when you calculate the fact that it takes 2 weeks for the shower door to come in. And the shower door can't be ordered until all the tile work is completed. Our normal turn around time on a bathroom like this would be 30 days. It did wind up taking 34 days. But still we don't feel this was an unreasonable length of time."

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Very please with them they have 7 to 8 jobs for us and very fair with price and work is outstanding. I highly recommend them all the time.
