Your company is the absolute worse company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! I paid you for a job out of pocket, no insurance, you hire day workers out of the hood of Orlando to get a job done, in less than one year I have hundreds of tiles broken and leaks in my roof. I expect to be reimbursed for a new roof once I am finished! I have hundreds of pictures with broken tiles from a drone sent up to my roof! Absolutely disgusting business and business practices. The office will lie and lie and lie to get out of having to repair or redo the roof! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I canâ t express how much every single person should stay clear from this company!!! You will waste your time and money and they will give you zero recourse. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

Horrible company to work with. They did 6,000 worth of damage to the soffits, facia, and gutters to the house on top of coming in 5k over budget. They promised to show us before and after pictures of any wood they had to replace. They replaced 36 sheets of plywood, yet cannot produce a single picture as to why they did it. They refuse to fix the damages they caused. They did not clean up their mess when they were done. They could not even be bothered to run a magnet over the driveway so we got two flat tires from it. They have been completely unresponsive and unprofessional. They left the house in such bad condition my 85 year old father-in-law, who is in a wheelchair, could not even use his front door. And the crew leader "Joe" was just flat rude to my father-in-law. Any time a question was asked about why they were not doing something the only response was "refer to #7 on your contract".

Eric was always there (surprising for fla). Crew was top notch never came down during a thunderstorm, just kept on nailing the shingles down. (another surprise for fla labor). Saw them doing a neighbors roof. Hoped their estimate would be in range of another estimate and it was. That was all I needed to have them do the job. Started on schedule and finished on time. Totally satisfaction. Rick

Due to hail damage, I had to have my roof replaced. David Hughes from Total Home was very knowledgeable on the products and materials that was used on my roof. He met my insurance adjuster at my house and went over damages with him. David was professional and courteous making the process easy. Robert, the project manager, always returned my calls and answered any questions I had. He was helpful and personable whenever I spoke with him.

Our experience with Total Home for our roof replacement was seamless from sale to sign off. Eric Payne, our sales person was the best! He was helpful and available throughout the whole process if we had any questions. He regularly checked in with us and the field supervisor throughout the process to ensure a quality install.

We had hail damage and needed a new roof, this was brought to my attention by a different roofing contractor that was going door to door, we decided to get several other quotes and it was quickly obvious that the various salesmanâ s biggest concern was to sell me a new roof, Iâ m sure Eric wanted the same but it really did seem like he genuinely wanted to help us through the process, he didnâ t badmouth any of his competitors, instead he convinced me they were the right choice by explaining what sets them apart from the others, the warranty was a big deal for me and they had the best.
