The roof was leaking 4 months after done. They came and fixed it twice. Now is leaking again.

the job was done in 2021 with a 15-year warranty with rain over night i found my roof leaking into the garage. all there contact numbers are out of service.

Total Home Roofing installed my new roof in 2021 and everything went well. They gave me a 15 year warranty to fix any issues (under normal wear). Well, the roof has a small leak and all of the contact numbers are disabled. Angi even sent me to dead end contacts. I'm still trying to find somebody at TH/Angi Roofing that can help me.

I paid $10000 for roof service on 2022 but now it needs t be fix and the company did not answer.

Is hard to get in contact with them, the work is not appropriate about I paid, there are several leaks and I have to call them each time to come and fix it but there is still the problem.

I tried to call them but they did not answered.

We had a great experience with this company. They gave us a fair quote and walked us through the process. The installers were very professional and efficient. They had the old roof off in one day and the new one installed in one day. Christian took the time to come back after the job was done and clean up every last nail. I highly recommend this company.

The company was easy to deal with, they did not push, promise anything they could not deliver, explained the entire process on how they work. I picked out the shingles I wanted, I did not have to pay any deposit nor pay as they (Total Home Roofing) did the work. I paid my bill once the roof was inspected and passed. Now, as for damage to my skylight; the damage was inside my home to be exact where my skylight sits. The walls at the edge of the skylight was broken not sure how but Total Home Roofing took full responsibility and repaired the damage a week after my roof was completed. And the repair looks great. One more thing always take pictures of your roof so that when the roof is complete and you feel something is not right you have photos to fall back on; that's what I did with the skylight before it was replaced. My only complaint is the mess I still have to clean up in the attic, wood shards from the plywood that was replaced. I was told that's very common when a roof is re-shingled. Thank you, Total Roofing for the beautiful roof.

I was in need of a roof replacement and looking for a reputable company to install a metal roof. Well after searching multiple companies to acquire estimates it was quite the experience. I had several companies that didn't answer or return phone calls and some that after the initial inspection and estimate submission, you could tell that they were not being honest and up front with their pricing by quoting a price with alot of "but if we find this and that the price will go up and up". Finally I found Total Home Roofing. This company is very professional, they show up when they say they will from the estimate to the beginning of the work. A big thank you to Doug from sales, my site supervisor Christian a true professional who kept me informed with pictures and all details of the process and the lead roofer Vielman for his quality work and timely completion. 5 stars to these guys!

In the roofing replacement process, the tar paper was installed on a Thursday but the shingles were not available until Friday afternoon. The weather was great on that Friday but terrible the next day (rain) which was a Saturday. There were some leaks through to my ceiling and I could not reach ANYONE at Total Home Roofing (multiple phone calls and texts) to mitigate the internal water damage. The weather was good however the next day (Sunday) and the roofing was completed. What could have been done better?....1) make sure the shingles were available to install following the tar paper application, 2) have someone on call on the weekend to allay customer concerns and formulate a plan to minimize the water damage. Other than that, they did a great job and there are no other concerns.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with this company. I know this is a long review, but I believe in giving credit due and praise to people who deserve it for a job well done. I'd like to give a special thank you to Jason (sales/contract person), Christian (job supervisor/our main contact after contract signed) and the lead roofer, Paredes. Each one of these men are a credit to their profession and a huge asset to their company. The process of finding and picking just the right company to redo our slightly older roof was daunting to me. I asked friends and read reviews and got 3 quotes and fretted a lot. Even though my two friends who recently had their roofs done used other companies, I chose Total Home Roofing. I chose them because of the reviews, the extended warrantee, the selection of shingle colors (or metal colors if we had gone that way), the included wind mitigation report after the work was done, the professionalism, courteousness and promptness of the people on the phone, via email and in person when getting the quote and deciding. But another big deciding factor was that they are only one of three companies on the Owens Corning website that are listed as a Platinum Preferred Contractor. That means they have had special Owen Corning "Sure Nail" training, "Total Protection Roofing System" training and they have won at least one award of distinction from Owen Corning. And they could start the job in 2 weeks or less. My friends had to wait months to get put on the schedule for a new roof with the companies they used. The job was started on time. The entire crew of people doing the work were always courteous and went out of their way to make sure we were not inconvenienced in any way. I had to leave one day and the guys working on the front of the house stopped work and cleared a path (of the tarps holding the debris that falls off the roof when they are scraping off the old shingles) for me to walk through to get to my car. We were told the entire job would take 3 or 4 days. They had to quit early one day due to lightning storms and heavy rain, but they still got it completely done in 4 days. They even added a new roof for our little 8' x 10' shed in the back yard and that was also completed during those 4 days. The price quoted was only slightly more than another Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor my friend used. But we saw the job they did, and my husband was not pleased with it. To close out, we wholeheartedly recommend Total Home Roofing. If you choose them for your roofing project, you will be very happy with the process, the people, the workmanship, the timing and the price.

I cannot speak highly enough about how perfect this experience was. Christian, the supervisor, and Cesar, the lead roofer, kept me up to date with photos and information every step of the way, including pointing out fascia that will need painting soon. Since I live in a different county and was handling this for my son who is traveling, the excellent communication made the job painless. The work was completed very efficiently- only a few days, including the two inspections, and copies of the inspections were also sent to me. Total Home Roofing has my highest recommendation.

They came right away to look at my roof and get a quote. They literally fixed the problem 6 hours later. Cleaned up so good you wouldnâ t know it was replaced!! Very professional. Sent pictures right away for the insurance. Would use again!!!

Jason was an excellent sale advisor with good explanation of the kind of roof and processing of the new roof. The Supervisor Cristian was ok in the communication but I didn't me him only phone or text. The Roofing Crew Peredes was great in cleaning up, installing the roof and even keeping me updated on the progress thru text. Thats why I give them a 5 star because the hard working spanish crew that came in a raining day to work thru rain and wind to finish the new roof. Thank you Mr. PEREDES and Crew.
