About us

We are a full-service and fully-insured company. Whether your needs are occasional, ongoing or post-construction we make sure the job is done right. Our methods focus on minimizing cross-contamination - we use color-coding to separate bathroom tools. We use products that are green-seal certified and we've consulted chemists to advise us on the best products for different surfaces. We work in teams of three of four. Team members are professionally trained, insured and bonded. When they come to your home they arrive in uniforms bringing with them the supplies and equipment needed to complete the job. They even bring their own step ladder! Each team has a Team Leader that directs individual members and is responsible for the quality of every area cleaned. In addition, we have other staff that completes quality inspections to ensure that our quality standards are maintained. We recognize that every customer has different needs when it comes to cleaning their home. That is why we provide a free in-home estimate. I did have to check and remind them for cleaning of ceiling fans. Also had to rewipe kitchen cabinets. Perhaps the floor cleaning splashed up...not sure.

The team was prompt and courteous. I would pefer to have my floors scrubbed with solution and water. When I wiped up the floor with a damp cloth after they left, the floor was still quite dirty. The one who worked in the kitchen didn't seem to know how to replace the grid on the stove burner, even though I showed her how to do it. The carpets were vacuumed satisfactorily. They did clean the base of the shower in the master bedroom,which we had been unable to do.

Decent but not great, certainly did NOT pay attention to details, one of their selling points to me. I actually had to call them to come back after I discovered two rugs that weren't vacuumed (one of which I specifically asked to be vacuumed) and a couple places that weren't dusted. While the rates were on par with the other "pros" recommended, I feel that for the quality of work, it was too much.

Very thorough. Did a fantastic job for the initial cleaning, particularly in the bathrooms and kitchen. Have had one regular bi-weekly cleaning so far and everything was cleaned as expected. Price is right and I am very happy with the service.

I received a call almost immediately after making the request online. I asked her to come for an estimate, and was able to accommodate my schedule. She spent time with us to explain all the services. I felt she asked good questions, and carried herself very professionally. Additionally, her printed materials were thorough and professional. We have scheduled services but they have not yet been rendered.

The cleaning was excellent. The only issue I had was that they cleaning staff did not arrive on time, however when they did arrive, they had an extra staff member to assist with the cleaning. This help to speed up the work.

This experience was horrendous. They had estimated $130 based on the size and room/bathrooms. At the end of the day the 5 women that came to clean didn't do a good job at all and have charged me $260. This is beyond ridiculous to me. For that much money I should see everything in my house sparking and gleaming, with nothing left half done. There were plenty of places with the lady around I pointed out as incomplete. And after they left I found plenty more places that were not touched, dusted or cleaned. I regularly use someone who I pay $70. Paying almost 4 times I am absolutely disappointed and feel totally cheated to say the least.
